Registration Guidelines

A confirmed registration is required in order to participate at the Springschool Hydrogen Technology 2026 from March 9th – 13th, 2026. Registration is possible only by using the webpage and will close on February 28th, 2026.

We kindly ask you to give the full and correct information in the required fields during the registration process. After completion of the registration process, an electronic information of the registration will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user. The final confirmation of your participation and the invoice will be sent a few days later.

We kindly ask all invited speakers to use the personal invitation code which will be send separately by mail. 

 
Payment Guidelines

All participants and delegates must register for the Springschool Hydrogen Technology 2026 full as per the categories and rates outlined below.

  Reduced with accommodation
  180 € incl. VAT and includes:

• • overnight stay from March 8th – 13th, 2026 (four-bed room/ shared room) lectures and catering during the SpringSchool Hydrogen Technology 2026 and breaks, all meals, participation at the social event on the day of arrival (March 8th) and an excursion during the SpringSchool week.

Reduced: Students, PhD-candidates & masters

Travel expenses are not included. 

Important information about the VAT, participant fees:

For all scientific events with a social programme, the German Aerospace Center is obliged to split the participation fees for the event into a VAT-exempt and a VAT-liable portion in the invoice for the Springschool Hydrogen Technology 2026 fee, since both VAT-exempt and VAT-liable services were provided for the participation fees.

Therefore, the breakdown of the amount is for tax reasons only. 
Each participant of the Springschool Hydrogen Technology 2026 can only book the complete programme of Springschool.

As organiser and host of the Springschool Hydrogen Technology 2026 we must include this information on the participation fee invoices in accordance with German tax regulations. Every participant of this symposium pays the total amount shown on the invoice (no VAT for participants).

The following means of payment are available:
Bank Transfer

Participants are obliged to pay the participation fee within 14 days under quoting the invoice number. Amendments or cancellations regarding your participation must be sent via email to springschoolh2[at]dlr.de.

Upon completion of the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be generated by the system and automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Please, do not send any payments by bank transfer without quoting the invoice number and the participant’s name included in the payment details. Payments without the required reference information cannot be processed.

Your participation can be confirmed only when the registration fees have been paid in full.

Those participants whose participation fees have not been settled by the first day of the event will not be granted the entry.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to springschoolh2[at]dlr.de. Please refer to the important deadlines for cancellation below.

Until February 28th, 2026 100% refund minus a 50,00 € administrative charge
From March 1st, 2026: no refund

Terms and Conditions

By registering for the SpringSchool Hydrogen Technology from March 9th – 13th, 2026 you agree to the participation terms and conditions.

If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
